
1.If you have a Royal Passport card and want to take advantage of the offer in the online shop, make sure you have a Royal Passport account with a user name and password that you know.
Check in advance if you can log in by pressing the "Login"
button in the top-right corner of the screen.
If you can’t, press the "Forgot password" button and you will be asked for the e-mail address you gave when you bought the card. Instructions and a secure link to reset your password will automatically be sent to this e-mail address.
If your user account is a Royal Passport user account, you will see a minimum 10% discount on all products (except Loyalty Card and Gift Voucher).
2.If you don’t have a Royal Passport card and prefer to shop online, add it to your shopping cart like any other product and the system will automatically apply the discount to the entire cart. This way, you will benefit from all the advantages of Royal Passport for your current order.
DO NOT order the card just before Royal Passport Day, as it will not be activated and delivered in time.

Make your wish list in advance to save time.
If you buy online, you can prepare the list by clicking on the heart-shaped button next to each product. You can then access it in your user account and immediately add all the products to your basket.
4.For online orders that you intend to pay with a bank card, make sure in advance that the card is set up for internet payments (you can check by calling the issuing bank).

If you choose to shop in stores, try to arrive early in the day.
This avoids crowds and the risk that some items you want may be out of stock.
6.For maximum efficiency when shopping online, make sure you have a good quality internet connection (Wi-Fi or cable). Orders can only be placed on www.sabon.ro. For operational reasons we do not accept telephone or e-mail orders.

Before finalizing your online order, carefully go through your contact details.
Verify the correctness of your phone number
and delivery address so that the courier can find you. Any change of telephone number or address received after the parcel has been dispatched will cause a delay in delivery, depending on the courier company’s performance.
8.
Picking up orders from stores, as a delivery method, is not available,
due to lack of storage capacity for these orders in the commercial premises.
Orders will be shipped exclusively by express courier. The cost of delivery is 15 lei for orders less than 230 lei; delivery is free for orders of 230 lei or more.
9.
Gift wrapping is not available for online orders, for logistical reasons
and in order to ensure optimal delivery.
We recommend you to choose a predefined gift from the Gift Shop.
10.
Delivery time is a maximum of 10 working days.
Please be assured that both we and the courier companies
do our best to prepare, dispatch and deliver as many orders as possible within a short time, but due to volume, some orders will be processed during the week and delivered the following week.
We will notify you by e-mail (with invoice attached) and SMS when your order has been dispatched. You will also receive a separate e-mail/SMS from the courier company.

Check your order carefully before placing it!
Make sure that you have added all the products you want to your shopping cart
before submitting your order, so that you do not have to call Customer Support to change it.
In order to ensure that orders are delivered as soon as possible, they are processed and delivered to the courier as soon as they are received and validated in our system, therefore we cannot guarantee that they can be modified or added to your order.
