Art. 1 - ORGANIZER
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager.
Art. 2 - DURATION AND VENUE OF THE CAMPAIGN
The "Royal Passport Day" campaign is organized and will take place on 11.02.2025, on the website www.sabon.ro, from 00:00, until 23:59, and in Sabon Holdings stores located in Romania, from 10:00 - 22:00, for Royal Passport cardholders.
Art. 3 - OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN RULES
3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the website www.sabon.ro, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores located in Romania.
The campaign is active for Royal Passport members only.
3.2 According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized in order to inform the public, including by means of advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
4.1 The Campaign is open to individuals or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or residing, respectively headquartered in Romania or who, in the case of remote purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who fails to comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.
Art 5 - PRODUCTS INVOLVED IN THE CAMPAIGN AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 All SABON products involved in the campaign are subject to the 40% discount* promotion, subject to stock availability, this benefit will be obtained by
-login to their Royal Passport membership account when purchasing online at www.sabon.ro
-by using the Royal Passport card at the cash register after handing the membership card to the cashier for scanning when making purchases in physical stores.
*40% discount does not apply for Royal Passport, Sabon bag and Sabon Gift Card.
Royal Passport Day purchase restrictions:
a. Limitations applicable to orders placed on www.sabon.ro:
- Maximum number of orders per day: 3 orders
- Maximum value of orders placed on the same day: 2.500 lei
- Maximum value of orders placed in the same month: 2.500 lei
- Maximum order value: 2.500 lei
- Maximum number of identical product units that can be purchased in one order: 10 product units
- Maximum number of product units that can be purchased in one order: 25 product units
b. Limitations applicable to in-store purchases:
- Maximum number of purchases per day: 2 purchases
- Maximum value of same-day purchases: 1.500 lei
- Maximum number of identical product units that can be purchased at one time: 10 product units
- Maximum number of products that can be purchased at once: 25 products.
Purchases in this campaign are for the customer’s own consumption (direct use) only. In this regard, Sabon Holdings S.R.L. will not accept orders that do not comply with the limitations set out in the terms and conditions of the website www.sabon.ro

5.2 - The discount applies to the standard price.
5.3 The offer is available both in Sabon physical stores in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro, subject to stock availability, only for Royal Passport cardholders.
5.4. In physical stores, discounts will be applied directly at the cash register.
5.5 Participants will be able to purchase the products for personal use only, not to be remarketed.
SECTION 6. DELIVERY OF ORDERS
6.1 Orders placed on the online platform www.sabon.ro will be shipped exclusively by express courier. The cost of delivery is 15 lei for orders with a value of less than 230 lei and 10 lei for orders with delivery in Easybox.
6.2 Delivery is free for orders over 230 lei.
6.3 The maximum delivery time is 10 working days.
Art. 7 - CONDITIONS OF RETURN
7.1. The return of purchased products will be made in compliance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.
7.2. The cash value of the discount granted is not awarded.
7.3 In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased under the Campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from that offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For the sake of clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art. 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of any attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign.
8.2 The organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
8.3 For the purpose of these regulations, force majeure means any event beyond the control, remedy or foreseeability of the Organizer, the occurrence of which renders the Organizer unable to perform its obligations under these regulations. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
8.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art 9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to respect and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.
9.2 Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by additional act whenever necessary, with the publication of the additional act on the official website of the Organizer, namely www.sabon.ro, and making it available to customers in stores.
9.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
9.4 Any disputes between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
