Art. 1 - Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfinții Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and venue of the Campaign
The "Treasure Hunt" campaign is organized in order to offer benefits to the members of the Royal Passport loyalty program and will run from 01.04.2025 to 18.04.2025, in Sabon Holdings physical stores located throughout Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1 The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
3.2 According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized in order to inform the public, including by means of advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 The Campaign is open to individuals or legal entities ("Participants") who are members of the Royal Passport Loyalty Program and who are domiciled or resident, respectively based in Romania or who, in the case of remote purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who fails to comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.
Art 5 - Participation mechanism
5.1 You can participate in the campaign on www.sabon.ro by following the steps below:
a. The Royal Passport club member initiates participation in the campaign after logging into the Royal Passport customer account on www.sabon.ro
b. Access each egg icon marked on the website, and discover the hidden surprise, which may or may not be a gift.
c. The participant can make an unlimited number of attempts to discover a surprise in the form of a gift, voucher or discount, but can only receive one gift or benefit within the campaign, which will be saved in his/her account with the corresponding code mark.
d. The participant can claim the gift won by using the code saved in the account until the end of April 2025.
e. After claiming the code, the Royal Passport customer can participate again in this campaign to get a new surprise in the form of a gift, vouchers or discounts.
5.2 You can participate in the campaign in physical stores by following the steps below:
a. Postcards with QR codes printed on them will be placed in various places in the store.
b. The participant will scan the discovered QR code with their own phone which could be a gift.
c. The participant can make an unlimited number of attempts to discover a gift surprise, but can only receive one gift or benefit within the campaign by claiming it at the checkout in the store where it was discovered as soon as it was presented to them.
d. The sales advisor will check the database to verify if the participant is a Royal Passport member and if he/she has already received a gift or other benefit under this campaign.
e. If the participant has already received a gift under this campaign, the counselor will inform him/her of the impossibility to offer an additional gift.
f. After checking the participation history of the campaign, the sales advisor will be able to record in the database the only gift offered and then process the gift/discount code application, as applicable.
g. After claiming the code, the Royal Passport customer can participate again in this campaign in order to get a new surprise in the form of a gift, vouchers or discounts.
5.3 The unique gift that can be offered to the winners of the "Treasure Hunt" campaign at random, according to the provisions of art. 47 OG 99/2000 on the commercialization of products and market services, will be of the type:

-25% on all products
-50 lei discount for every 150 lei spent (the amount resulting from the application of Royal Passport member discounts)
-20% off for "Skin Care" products
- a face serum 9 ml (product code: 11496S) on purchases of minimum 170 lei (the amount resulting from the application of the Royal Passport membry discounts)
-a voucher* worth 1.000 lei (one prize only), valid until 30.04.2025; the voucher will be automatically assigned to your Royal Passport membership account and can be used in SABON stores in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro
In physical stores SABON:
-40% on all products
-25% on all products
-50 lei discount for every 150 lei spent (the amount resulting from the application of the Royal Passport membry discounts)
-20% off on "Skin Care" products
- a face serum 9 ml (product code: 11496S) with purchases of minimum 170 lei (amount resulting from Royal Passport membership discounts)
-one voucher* worth 1.000 lei (one prize only), valid until 30.04.2025, the voucher will be automatically assigned to the Royal Passport membership account and can be used in SABON physical stores in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro; also, upon customer’s request, the winning voucher can be printed and physically given to the winner;
-mini face scrub 2 in 1 with lavender 15 ml (product code 11439S)
*The voucher is not refundable in cash and is not usable in the financial banking circuit.
- If the value of the products purchased with the voucher is higher than the amount indicated on the voucher, the difference will be paid by the purchaser.
- If the value of the products purchased on the basis of the voucher is less than the amount indicated on the voucher, the difference will not be refunded to the purchaser.
- The voucher cannot be used in more than one transaction, regardless of whether there is still a balance available.
- Once the validity period of the voucher has expired, it cannot be extended on request.
5.4. Participants will be able to participate in the "Treasure Hunt" campaign with an unlimited number of attempts, but will only be able to claim the gift once, regardless of the store (physical or online) where they made their attempts.
5.5 The campaign is not cumulative with other discounts or benefits.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. The return of products purchased by claiming the benefits offered as a gift will be made in compliance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon network of stores on the date of the campaign.
6.2 The cash value of the discount benefit in the form of a gift will not be awarded.
6.3 In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased in the Campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from that offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For the sake of clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art. 7 - Limitation of liability
7.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of any attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign.
7.2 The organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purpose of these regulations, force majeure means any event beyond the control, remedy or foreseeability of the Organizer, the occurrence of which renders the Organizer unable to perform its obligations under these regulations. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of the products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art 8. Final provisions
8.1 In accordance with Art. 25 para. (1) of the Tax Code, the cost of the products or discounts offered shall represent expenses incurred for the purpose of carrying out the economic activity and advertising and publicity expenses incurred in order to popularize the company, products or services, as well as the costs associated with the production of materials necessary for the dissemination of advertising messages.
8.2 Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an additional act whenever necessary, with the publication of the additional act on the official website of the Organizer, namely www.sabon.ro , and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
