Art. 1 - Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and venue of the Campaign
The promotional campaign "50% discount on 3 products purchased from the OUTLET category" is organized and will run from 21.03.2025 - 23.03.2025, in Sabon Holdings physical stores located throughout Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1 The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The campaign is active for Royal Passport members only.
3.2 According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized in order to inform the public, including by means of advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 The Campaign is open to individuals or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or residing, respectively headquartered in Romania or who, in the case of remote purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who fails to comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.
Art 5 - Products involved in the Campaign
5.1 The Sabon products involved in the campaign are those from the OUTLET category, and for at least 3 products purchased from this category, the customer receives a 50% discount, regardless of the value of the shopping cart.
The 50% discount is applied starting from the standard price of each participating product in the OUTLET category.
Regardless of the number of products ordered/purchased, if there are more than 3 products, the discount is the same: 50%
If less than 3 products are ordered/purchased, the discount for each product in the Outlet category is 35%.
The products included in the campaign are listed in the Annex attached to this Regulation.
5.2 The offer is available in Sabon physical stores throughout Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro, subject to stock availability.
5.3. In physical stores, discounts will be applied directly at the cash register.
5.4 In the online shop, the discount is applied after adding the products to the shopping cart and applying the code OUTLET50
5.5 Participants will be able to purchase the products for personal use only, not to be remarketed.
5.6 The offer "50% discount on 3 products purchased from the OUTLET category is not cumulative with other offers from Sabon Holdings stores in Romania, from the website www.sabon.ro or obtained as a result of holding a loyalty card.
5.7 The offer "50% discount on 3 products purchased from the OUTLET category" is not cumulative with other offers existing within the websites or applications of partners such as Kaufland Card, Lidl Plus, Dr. Max, Douglas, eMag, Fashion Days or other platforms where SABON products are sold.
5.8 The offer "50% discount on 3 products purchased from the OUTLET category" is not cumulative with the Gift With Purchase Campaign: "For every 300 lei spent you receive a GIFT of a Damask Rose 80 ml moisturizing cream", from March 10-31.
5.9 Products in the OUTLET category are properly marked on the shelves in physical stores and online in the OUTLET section.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. The return of purchased products will be made in compliance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.
6.2. The cash value of the discount granted is not awarded.
6.3 In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased under the Campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from that offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For the sake of clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
6.4 Since the products participating in the campaign are part of limited edition collections with limited stock, they cannot be replaced if they arrive at their destination in an inadequate condition. In this case, the customer will receive a refund if the damaged product that would require replacement is no longer in stock.
Art.7 - Limitation of liability
7.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of any attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign.
7.2 The organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purpose of these regulations, force majeure means any event beyond the control, remedy or foreseeability of the Organizer, the occurrence of which renders the Organizer unable to fulfil its obligations under these regulations. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of the products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art 8. Final Provisions
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to respect and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.
8.2 Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an additional act whenever necessary, with the publication of the additional act on the official website of the Organizer, namely www.sabon.ro , and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
