PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATION
"Miniature gift with any purchase"

Art. 1 - Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J40/7199/2005, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and venue of the Campaign
The campaign is organized and will run between 01.01.2025 - 31.01.2025, in Sabon Holdings physical stores located in Bucharest, namely Băneasa Shopping City, Feeria, Promenada Mall, Mega Mall, Bucharest Mall, Plaza Romania, ParkLake, AFI Cotroceni and Sun Plaza.
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1 The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, upon request, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Rules section, and in participating Sabon stores.
The campaign is active for Royal Passport members only.
3.2 According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized in order to inform the public, including by means of advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 This campaign is exclusively addressed to Sabon customers, Royal Passport members, who bring empty Sabon containers (glass or plastic) in any SABON store in Bucharest (Băneasa Shopping City, Feeria, Promenada Mall, Mega Mall, București Mall, Plaza Romania, ParkLake, AFI Cotroceni and Sun Plaza) between 01.01.2025 - 31.01.2025.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who fails to comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.
Art 5. - Campaign details
Sabon customers who bring empty containers after using products purchased from SABON (glass or plastic containers) in any SABON store in Bucharest (Băneasa Shopping City, Feeria, Promenada Mall, Mega Mall, București Mall, Plaza Romania, ParkLake, AFI Cotroceni and Sun Plaza) during the period 01.01.01.2025 - 31.01.2025, receive, after the collection of the containers by the store colleagues, automatically, in the customer account, a unique code in the form of a voucher, which consists of a mini product offered as a gift, on any purchase in the Sabon physical stores or online, on www.sabon.ro, in the period 01.01.2025 - 31.01.2025.
The customer will only be able to benefit from the miniature gift if he/she makes a purchase during the campaign period (no minimum shopping cart amount is imposed, it applies to any purchase).
Irrespective of the number of containers recycled, the customer will receive one voucher.
If a customer recycles empty SABON containers more than once in the same month, a new voucher will only be generated if he/she has used the previous one, as part of a purchase in Sabon stores or on sabon.ro, during the campaign period.
In the case of online purchases on sabon.ro, the miniature gift will be given to the beneficiary according to the stock available at the time of purchase, and the gift product cannot be chosen by the beneficiary.
In physical stores, the customer can choose the gift miniature, depending on the stock available in each participating Sabon location.
The voucher can be used until 31.01.2025 (inclusive).
The cash value of the voucher is not awarded.
The offer is combined with the Royal Passport membership discount, Gift voucher and other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon
The offer is available in stores and online at www.sabon.ro, while stocks last.
Participants will be able to purchase the products for personal use only, not for remarketing.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. The return of purchased products will be made in accordance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.
6.2. The cash value of the discount will not be granted.
6.3 In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased in the Campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from that offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For the sake of clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 - Limitation of liability
7.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of any attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign.
7.2 The organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purpose of these regulations, force majeure means any event beyond the control, remedy or foreseeability of the Organizer, the occurrence of which renders the Organizer unable to perform its obligations under these regulations. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of the products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art 8. Final provisions
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to respect and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.
8.2 Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an additional act whenever necessary, with the publication of the additional act on the official website of the Organizer, namely www.sabon.ro , and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
