PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATION “Our gift to you“

Art. 1 - Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J40/7199/2005, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and venue of the Campaign
The campaign "Our gift to you" is organized and will run from 18.12 - 31.12.2024, on the website www.sabon.ro and in Sabon Holdings physical stores located in Romania.
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1 The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the website sabon.ro, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The campaign is active for Royal Passport members only.
3.2 According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized in order to inform the public, including by means of advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 The Campaign is open to individuals or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or residing, respectively headquartered in Romania or who, in the case of remote purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who fails to comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.
4.3 Each member of the Royal Passport Club has the possibility to participate in the campaign after logging into their customer account on www.sabon.ro. In order to benefit from the promotional offer, participants will log into their customer account and access the campaign start button.
By accessing the campaign start button, the participant will be offered a benefit of the type mentioned in art.5.1 through the received offer code, randomly assigned.
The customer can access the benefits of this campaign, but must use the offer code originally received before being able to initiate a new offer under the same campaign. Offer code(s) obtained during the campaign period, but not used, may be claimed no later than 12/31/2024.
Art 5 - Products involved in the Campaign
5.1 The promotional campaign consists in offering Sabon products free of charge for online purchases and purchases in Sabon physical stores, as follows:
on purchases of at least 100 lei (amount resulting from Royal Passport membership discounts) - one 100 ml shower oil (assortment will be offered according to stock available at the time of purchase)
on purchases of at least 150 lei (amount resulting from Royal Passport membership discounts) - HAIR VINEGAR 190 ML
for purchases of at least 200 lei (amount resulting from Royal Passport membership discounts) - OVERNIGHT HAIR MILK JASMINE 100ml
on purchases of at least 300 lei (amount resulting from the Royal Passport membership discounts) - OVERNIGHT HAIR MILK JASMINE 100ml + HAIR VINEGAR 190 ML SOAP
on purchases of at least 400 lei (amount resulting from the Royal Passport membership discounts) - FACE CREAM ROSE ROSE SOFT 80ml
The thresholds for online and Sabon in-store purchases are not cumulative (products from more than one threshold cannot be awarded in a single transaction), the beneficiary only receives the product(s) corresponding to the threshold where he/she fell.
5.2. In physical stores, the discounts/benefits will be applied directly at the cash register.
5.3 Participants will be able to purchase the products for personal use only, not to be remarketed.
5.4 "Our Gift for You" promotional campaign at Sabon 2024 is cumulated with the Royal Passport membership discount (only standard 10% off for each product), Gift voucher and other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon. Products offered as gift cannot be substituted with other assortments/gifts. The campaign cannot be combined with other existing promotional campaigns.
5.6 In the online shop, the code of the offer you have won will be found in your My Royal Passport Account, in the Valid Codes section. To use the benefit, the promotional code will be entered in the shopping cart.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1 The return of purchased products will be made in compliance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon stores network.
6.2. No cash consideration will be given for the benefit/product awarded.
6.3 In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased under the Campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from that offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For the sake of clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 - Limitation of liability
7.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of any attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign.
7.2 The organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purpose of these regulations, force majeure means any event beyond the control, remedy or foreseeability of the Organizer, the occurrence of which renders the Organizer unable to perform its obligations under these regulations. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of the products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art 8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to respect and abide by all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.
8.2 Sabon Holdings Romania S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an additional act whenever necessary, with the publication of the additional act on the official website of the Organizer, namely www.sabon.ro , and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
