1. Dip the Eye Roller into the Rose Eye Balm to take a small amount of product. Apply three separate dots under the eye area.
2. Tap lightly around the eye area with your fingertips to help the balm penetrate, then massage in with the Eye Roller. Start by placing the Eye Roller where your nose meets your brow, rolling outwards and following your brow line. Then roll under the eye area, moving inwards.
