SABON Gift Card

• SABON Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
• The SABON Gift Card purchased online or in physical stores can be used exclusively on sabon.ro or in SABON stores located in Romania.
• ​​In the case of purchasing a virtual card, it will be delivered by e-mail to the beneficiary΄s e-mail address indicated by the customer, immediately after processing the order.
• The Gift Card is not refundable in cash and cannot be used in the banking financial circuit. It cannot be replaced or refunded in case of loss, theft, damage or expiration.
• If the value of the products purchased based on the SABON Gift Card is higher than the amount written on the voucher, the difference will be paid by the buyer.
• If the value of the products purchased based on the SABON Gift Card is lower than the amount written on the voucher, the difference will not be refunded to the buyer.
• This type of card cannot be used in multiple transactions, regardless of whether there is still an available balance.
• After the card΄s validity period has expired, it cannot be extended upon request.
• To purchase the Gift Card in physical stores, customers must first scan the QR code provided in the stores, then follow the indicated steps, in order to complete the purchase. After completing the payment, the customer receives the physical card. It can be used immediately.
• The purchase of a Gift voucher (Gift Card) cannot be combined with other campaigns, discounts or benefits of the Royal Passport loyalty card.
If the beneficiary of such a card, a Royal Passport member, wishes to use the available amount, he or she can benefit from the promotional campaigns existing in SABON stores or on the sabon.ro website, valid at the time of purchase.
