Conditions for exercising the right of return of products

The term established by the current Romanian legislation for the right to withdraw from a distance contract is 14 calendar days.

Thus, the products can be returned, without explanation, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package or purchase from the store, in compliance with the terms and conditions below.

Products ordered or purchased will be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, sealed and with the same label attached, the original packaging accompanied by all the delivery documents that accompanied it (invoice).

If you exercise the right of withdrawal for one or more products purchased in special offers for which you received discounts due to the value of the order or as a result of purchasing a particular product, you are required to return all products received under the special offer or as following the ordering of a certain type of product that led to the offer of other products or promotions.

The returned products must not have traces of wear, use, damage, scratches, nor have they been subjected to mechanical shocks, falls, blows, etc. 

In order to exercise your right of returning the product(s), you must inform us by sending an e-mail to suport@sabon.ro.

Warning! Failure to comply with Sabon’s deadline of being notified about your decision to withdraw (14 days after receipt of the product) may result in the loss of the right of withdrawal and we will consider that you have chosen not to exercise your right to return the product.

Please return the product you decided to return to us within 14 days of the date you informed us of your return decision. The return of the product you want to return, without prior notice of your return decision, does not count as notification and may lead to the loss of your right of withdrawal.

 

Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal

If you wish to exercise your right of full return for all products received in the package, you will receive your money back, including delivery costs. The return of the products will be made at Sabon’s expense.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the returned products or when we receive proof that the products have been returned to the store or sent (which is the nearest date).

In the case of orders whose payment was made using the « pay at delivery » method, the refund of the amounts paid will be made after receipt and verification of the returned products.

We will make this refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another refund method. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such a refund.

For purchases made in Sabon stores, the return of products is made in any Sabon store, within 14 days of receipt.

*For purchases with vouchers of any type, the money cannot be returned.

 

Customers who purchased from the site www.sabon.ro and after the reception found broken/leaked products are asked to send an e-mail to support@sabon.ro with the order number and the broken / leaked product (s) ( + picture attached).
Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible, at Sabon’s expense.
